Accommodation:
We have
discussed with a reputable hotel to give special and affordable
reservation rates to all registered participants. All Intending
Participants are required to book for their Accommodation/Reservation
with the recommended hotel. A proof of your Reservation at this Hotel
qualifies you for participation and will be used by our travel agency to
facilitate the processing of your visa. At this
point
we are providing for a large number of delegates so all other
Provisions such as Flight tickets, local Transportation to the Venue of
the Conference, Banquet, all Meals and coffee break sessions will be
taken care of by the conference Organizers but strict consideration will
be placed on a first come basis.  |
Visas: The organizers
of this event will be responsible for all visa arrangements and travel assistance.Special arrangements have been made by our foundation and
our partners through a certified British travel consultant for
immigration assistance to be given to participants who will require a
Visa/entry permit into the United Kingdom. Participants are advised to register on time so that we can process their travel papers and flight tickets without delays.  |
